TRANSPORTATION OF LUGGAGE AND BACKPACKS
If you are touring the The Santiago Way, but you do not want to carry your backpacks and luggage, we can help you. We transport your packages quickly, reliably and economically, picking them up from their original accommodation and transporting them to where you indicate.
What do I have to do?
Using our services is very easy!
Go to our page schedule route. Enter the stages of your trip, the date and the number of packages, and leave us your contact information. On the Camino, leave your luggage every morning in the accommodation that you have indicated. We will come to pick it up. Arrive at your destination in the afternoon, and there your bags will be waiting for you.
- You must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to make the collection. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the service.
- We consider as a stage a route between one town and another of less than 30 km. (For example, if your town of origin is Santo Domingo de la Calzada and your destination town is Belorado, we will charge you for a single stage, since the distance between them is 22 km.).
- If your town of origin and destination are separated by more than 30 km, we will be forced to charge you a double stage. (For example, if you want us to take your packages from Nájera to Belorado, the distance between the two is 50 km.).
- If the distance between your town of origin and your destination town is more than 60 km, please contact us, in order to offer you a personalized solution.
How much?
Depending on the path that is being followed, the number of packages or stages that you contract, the price can vary between €4,5 and €10. Obtaining discounts according to the quantities to be transported and the number of contracted stages
We consider as a stage any route between two towns that occupies less than 30 km.
Frequently Asked Questions
My lodging is not on the list that appears on the Web. Can I use your service?
Naturally. Select any lodging (it doesn't matter which one), and write down in the "Notes" field of the stage in which lodging you are going to stay. We will take your luggage to the lodging that you indicate.
I don't want to carry my luggage stage by stage. What I want is to send it directly to Santiago so that they can keep it for me while I do the Camino. It's possible?

What is the maximum weight and size of luggage that I can carry?
Each package can weigh approximately 20 kg. maximum, although it is a flexible limit and there should be no problem if your luggage slightly exceeds that weight. The same goes for luggage: in general, we can take any standard size suitcase or backpack. In any case, if you have questions or any special needs, you can contact us at contacto@caminofacil.net.
What time do I have to leave my bags for you to pick them up?
We ask that your luggage be ready at the reception of your accommodation at 8:00 in the morning, in order to ensure a punctual service.
What is your schedule during the weekends?
During the Camino season, we work on Saturdays and dcomings. You can write or call us without problem.
We do not stay in a hostel or hostel, but in a vacation rental apartment (Airbnb, etc.). Can you pick up our luggage there?
Yes, but we need the contact information of your host or person in charge of the apartment, so that we can contact him/her and arrange the collection.
Is it mandatory to use the printable labels that come with each order?
Not at all. When placing your order, our system generates downloadable labels that you can print for your luggage, but it is not mandatory to use them. You can use your own tags (if there are any last minute changes to your trip, for example) if you wish.

Sign Up
When placing an order, you can register on our website. Registering will allow you to edit and modify your reservations yourself from our website.
You can use our service without being registered, but if you are going to use it frequently or think your plans may change at the last minute, we recommend that you register.
Tags
For your convenience, once you have placed your order, you will also be able to download a set of tags with your route details, so you can print them out and attach them to your baggage.
Changes and cancellations
- Shipments may be modified or canceled until the day before the shipping date, at 21:00 p.m.
- The cancellation of a shipment or a set of them will entail a management fee of 10 euros (*).
- If the modification of an order does not entail any change in the amount to be charged, it will be free.
- If the modification of an order entails a refund of the previously collected amount, a management fee of 10 euros will be applied to said refund (*)
- If the modification of an order involves an amount greater than the amount originally paid, the user will be redirected to the payment page to pay the difference.
- Refunds of the amount collected will be made by the same method by which we originally received the payment.
(*) If the amount to be refunded is less than 10 euros, it will not be possible to make the refund.
