To modify or cancel an order:

If you want to modify or cancel any of your shipments, click on the "Modify order" link. Please note the following:

Shipments can be modified or canceled until 20:00 the day before the specified date.

The cancellation of a complete order will entail a management fee of 10 euros.

If the modification of an order (change in the number of packages, cancellation of any stage, etc.) entails a refund of the amount previously collected, a management fee of 10 euros will be applied to said refund.

Refunds of the amount collected will be made by the same method by which you made the payment.
