Caminofácil lets you make your booking for our taxi service on the Camino de Santiago through our website, quickly, easily and safely, with the guarantee that our brand supports. We have fifteen years of experience providing transportation services to pilgrims, both through taxis and VTCs (private hire vehicles), taking them to their point of origin or to their destination once their Camino has finished.

It's very easy! You can book your taxi online from our page, taxi.caminofacil.net
- Access the “Taxi” tab on our main page.
- Type your origin and destination. Try to enter an address that is as precise as possible (e.g.: if you can enter “Burgos train station”, better than simply “Burgos”).
- Choose the number of people who are going. Our system will give you the price of a 4-seater or 8-seater taxi, based on this information.
- Our system will give you the estimated price of the trip. If you wish, you can enter your details here and pay for the reservation, through our secure payment gateway.

Please pay attention to the following details:
- We accept reservations for the next day until 21:00 p.m.
- The price includes an initial fare of 9 euros.
- The price does not include the possible price of tolls, in the event that the journey passes through highways. This additional cost will be communicated to you by the taxi driver during the journey.
- If the client cancels the reservation up to 48 hours before the travel date, a management fee of 10 euros will be charged.
- If the client cancels the reservation less than 48 hours before the travel date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the reservation price will be charged.
- In case of no-show for the trip, the client will be obliged to pay 100% of the reservation price.
- Once at the starting point, if the taxi driver must wait for the client, the first 30 minutes of waiting will be free. After that, a fee of 20 euros will be charged for each additional hour of waiting.
