This is not an exhaustive list. As anyone with experience on the subject knows, listing all the possible plans and deals from all the carriers can be exhausting. Instead, we have selected the most attractive offers for the foreigner who is spending a short period of time in Spain and wants to call home or check the Internet.
Please note the following:
- Buying a SIM card is easy. Most of the operators listed here have stores in almost every city and town of a certain size along the Camino.
- In Spain, the legislation obliges to present identification (DNI, passport) when registering a new telephone line.
Vodafone.
Vodafone has the rate Tourist in Spain. For 15 euros you can have a SIM card with:

From the offers of the largest Spanish operator, we have selected the rate Talk 24 Hours + Internet Rate 5. For 10 euros, you can buy a SIM card with a balance of 5 euros, with which you can contract a bonus that allows you:

- Local calls at 10 cents/min.
All valid for one month.
In addition, you can also contract a bonus Speak International, with which you can make international calls at prices similar to those of local calls.
Yoigo.
From Yoigo we recommend the rate of one 1 Gb., in which, for 10 euros per month, you can have:
