Terms of Service

In an open campaign, services, or modifications thereof, are received until 21,00:XNUMX p.m. on the day before the service is rendered.

It is essential that the luggage is at the reception of the accommodation before 8,00:XNUMX in the morning of the day of the provision of the service. .

We can deliver and collect from all types of accommodation if they agree to open upon our arrival. We do not guarantee the delivery of the suitcases to the apartments in the event that the accommodations do not open the delivery person or refuse to receive it. Then the suitcases will be left in one of our lockers where you can retrieve your luggage, or, if it is in a town somewhere nearby. In any case, you will be notified as soon as the incident occurs.

We are not responsible of the delivery of loose packages in the expedition, separate bags not contracted, loose clubs, uninsured footwear, etc... As well as the breakage of luggage (suitcases or bags) due to defects in them, wheels, zippers, handles and other items that may fail due to overweight, material fatigue, or hidden defects

The maximum luggage weight is 20 kilos. Excess weight in luggage will be charged as an extra item.

The luggage delivery schedule is until 14,00:XNUMX p.m. on the day of the service. This schedule is indicative, although it is subject to the fact that there is a point that due to force majeure may suffer variation or delay, such as: closure of the historic centers, traffic cuts and other causes beyond our organization.

Valuables are not insured; although, from experience, never in our 20 years of experience have we had a loss for this reason

For lost or misplaced luggage, you will be compensated with a maximum of €150 per luggage, with a period of four days in case it is recovered. In case of recovery, we will send it to you without additional charges.
